Please go to the online Order Form and complete your details and requirements. After completion you will be directed to the secure Paypal payments button (a paypal account is not necessary) to purchase your item. Confirmation of your order will be sent directly to your email address. To pay by cheque or postal order please email prior to placing order.
Delivery....will be by Royal Mail 2nd class post, unless a request for an alternative option is made for which additional charges may apply. Delivery in the UK or Europe is approximately 7-10 days from receipt of order and 7-14 days for International orders. You may be liaible for Import Duty for orders outside the EU. I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit and should this occur a proof of posting receipt will be sent to you so you can deal directly with Royal Mail. Whilst every effort is made to show a true likeness of the items, please be aware these are individually handcrafted items and by their nature may vary slightly from those shown.
Refunds....can only be offered if the article is faulty (this does not include items damaged in transit...see above) or you have a valid reason for return. Please advise me by email of your reasons for return and on receiving the item in the condition and packaging it was sent I will issue a full refund. I will not be responsible for return postage and you will need to obtain proof of postage/insurance at the time of posting.
Data Protection....I will not disclose your details to any third party members and will only contact you if I have a question regarding your purchase (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Safety....these items are not toys and as they contain small parts are not suitable for young children. If handled appropriately they should pose no risk, however I cannot accept responsiblity for any injuries incurred after purchase.
